This project is an office building designed on a sloped site, developed as a co-working environment. Height limitations led to an elongated building form, which in turn enables a clear horizontal organization and legible functional layout.
A standard ramp connects both edges of the site and acts as the primary circulation spine of the project. It ensures barrier-free access while establishing continuous movement and functional connectivity across the length of the building.
The spatial organization is driven by efficiency and flexibility. Floor plans are structured to accommodate a range of working modes—from focused individual work to collaborative environments—without requiring costly future modifications.
At the building scale, design decisions focus on reducing maintenance costs and optimizing energy performance. Facades are designed to be fully accessible, allowing for straightforward cleaning and upkeep. At the same time, the integration of natural daylight, controlled solar exposure, and effective ventilation improves overall energy efficiency.
Rather than emphasizing form, the project prioritizes clarity of organization, functional performance, and buildability—positioning it as a reliable, adaptable, and sustainable workspace over time.
